Our products are often released in limited drops or as pre-order items. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

• Production Time: Manufacturing times may vary. Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed.
• Payment: Payment is collected at the time of order to secure your reservation.
• Cancellations: Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item has shipped.
• Refunds: Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are final once shipped, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
