1. Shipping Policy

Night Mode Collective ships globally. We utilize trusted carriers to ensure your gear arrives safely. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and the specific product type (e.g., pre-order vs. in-stock).

Domestic (USA)

Standard: 3-5 business days

Express: 1-2 business days

International

Standard: 7-14 business days

Express: 3-5 business days

2. Pre-Order Shipping

For items marked as "Pre-Order," please refer to the specific product page for estimated shipping dates. These items are produced in limited batches. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

3. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Night Mode Collective is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our drops, we have a strict return policy:

  • Final Sale: All limited drop items are considered final sale unless defective.
  • Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Sizing Exchanges: We may offer exchanges for sizing issues on a case-by-case basis, subject to inventory availability. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Night Mode Collective is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
